Who is lil' chris, you ask?
Everyone has a lil'chris.  Lil' chris began his journey in kindergarten.  That's his class picture.

This picture was unearthed for "big" Chris' 50th birthday.  His girlfriend at the time couldn't stop crying from laughter.
Lil' Chris was made into a poster, into coozies and then into t-shirts and mugs.

Thus, the re-birth of lil'chris began.

Complete strangers bust out into laughter because they know of their version of lil'chris exists out there.

Some think he looks like Flat Stanley.  Some say Edna from The Incredibles.  Some say the original "lego-hair".

Some try to interpret the look on his face.

Perhaps it's the uneven haircut.  Can you say helmet hair? Or, is it the glasses?  Or, maybe the turtleneck is too tight?
